Pros
Good training budgets, flexible work hours, work from home, 9/80 schedule, vacation time is reasonable. The company in general doesn't inundate everyone with meetings. It seems that those who prove their dedication and worth are generally rewarded with flexibility and autonomy.
Cons
Natural attrition tends to result in increased workloads for those who remain because replacing people is not a rule, it's an exception..
