Culture is terrific with a great work-life balance. Benefits are above market (401k match, optional 9/80 schedule). Team members are generally engaged and energetic about the company.
Cons
Like many companies, Braskem can seem "click-y" - if you aren't in with the right crowd, it may be more difficult to move up.
