No money to execute projects - impossible to get money for projects unless it causes a plant to shut down. The IT department wreaks havoc on work consistency - little communication before changes, narrow bandwidth so that only one Aspen user in an office can run. There field support agents are good but extremely overloaded. The HR department, called People and Organization, does not know how to administer benefits or salary or insurance. They are not a world class department. Do everything you can to avoid them. The damage they cause outweighs any benefits from the rest of the employment package.
