Pros
They have a great training for you when you 1st start to introduce you to the systems. You are busy all day so the time goes by fast. And it is full time work with some over time.
Cons
Management has their favorites. People don't stay long the place is like a revolving door. Always new people coming & going so the work load is heavy & stressful.
