Pros
Bravado has an incredible company culture that is fostered by the high caliber candidates they hire as well as a really incredible leadership team. I have never believed so fully in a group of managers and colleagues before in previous roles. If you work at Bravado, expect to never feel like the smartest person in the room, but always feel supported in your learning and growth journey.
Cons
Bravado is fast-paced and high stakes. This company does not carry dead weight and is constantly trimming the fat (unmotivated or unqualified employees) to ensure the working team has the resources and inertia they need to be successful. This creates a motivating environment, but can also be high-stress.
