Pros
The interview and onboarding process have been smooth and and the entire company has been extremely welcoming. I’m only on week one but so far the company culture is very positive and uplifting. The mission and values are woven into the every day language of the team, and they are enthusiastic and engaged. Overall I’m super impressed and I highly recommend checking out career opportunities at Brave Care!
Cons
Start ups can be challenging but this company does it right. They keep their teams engaged and focused through multiple communication and feedback channels and accessible leadership at all levels. No cons come to mind!
