      A decent team Amazing providers

      Cons

      They fire 2/3rd of the staff because “they aren’t making money.” Management is remote and rarely makes appearances in clinics. Processes changing after I returned from every weekend. HR is in a different state. Horrible pay.

      Brave Care is lead by a great medical team, run by a physician, and emphasizes positive team culture and recognition.

      Since it is a start up, the clinics and the organization go through rapid change frequently.

      The pay is on the higher end

      Cons

      You will never get a shift, they cancel you everytime. Don't waste your time signing up with this company. You wont get work...AT ALL!
