Pros

Most of those who work at Bray Entertainment are genuine, nice, and talented people.

Cons

The CEO, Bray, is literally the worst person I have ever met. His #1 priority is to get as much cash in his pocket as he can - by any means he can. He does this my starting businesses to fund his other businesses that aren't making as much revenue as he needs to employ people and fund his lifestyle. He does this with complete and total disregard for those whom he employs. He is a morally corrupt individual and an ego maniac. I mean... he named his main company after himself... Not long after I started I learned about his slimy personal life and that pretty much ruined my view of him. Only to be reinforced by what he did and said in the office and how he treated those who bent over backwards to get work done for him - only to be cut because he is a poor businessman and lacks empathy. Also, there is no HR department - so there is no one to report sexual harassment to - which is something that regularly happens in the office and at company events. Additionally, pay was minimal. No health benefits. No transportation benefits. Nothing beneficial about this company other than the great coworkers.

Pros

As an intern, you are able to do hands-on work just like a full-time employee. You're not simply just getting coffee or making copies. It is a relaxed environment and the employees are always there to help if you have any questions or issues.

Cons

The downside to this is this internship is unpaid. Bray entertainment is located in Hoboken, so the commute can be costly. You can only intern here if you're receiving college credit for it. So, if you're not in school don't bother applying here.
