Pros
Bray works with a load of different clients, allowing you to gain an idea of which sector you like to work on most, as well as if that sector is in B2B or B2C. As the agency handles more than just Media, if you're junior, you're able to learn all sides of advertising.
Cons
The pay in particular is the biggest con for me. I never quite understood how a business can use its HQ area as an excuse for less pay when the agency deals with international clients. Surely the expenses of an office in Devon don't match an office in the center of London. I always felt like that was a cop-out.
