No accountability from the top down

Aside from being fully remote there is not much else positive to say.

There is a toxic, chaotic atmosphere that starts from the top down. Rather than identifying and working towards shared company objectives, the company shifts priorities based on the whims of the CEO and any late night musings. People are in positions based on last name and connection to family rather than skill set and any attempt to solve problems using industry standards and experience is scoffed at. The company is losing employees and customers rapidly while leadership spirals.
