      Stock price is increasing Acquisition of new companies Giving away good IC Has great digital transformation plans

      Cons

      All the work is being offshored to vendors as Indian Associates are new. SR. Management refuses to engage middle management in critical decision making. Most of the associates are uncertain about their future in the organisation. Definitely not an organisation to build a career
