3yThank you for your feedback . Our Associates make us who we are and we would never expect them to take any type of verbal abuse from anyone. We are consistently training our Associates on how to handle any type of negative interaction with a customer and have a step-by-step process of what they can do to remove themselves from a situation. We encourage you to talk to your leader and/or HR representative to ensure you are supported in your role. We take your concerns seriously and will pass it along to the appropriate team.
