Mentally draining, you constantly have to deal with being terminated if you don’t rank which is the toughest thing to do at this company.. I’ve been in the collection field for over 9 years and this is by far the hardest job I’ve ever had. Basically if you don’t rank all of the cons of this job doesn’t matter. There are no other positions available for growth unless your dream is to be a supervisor. The company’s base pay is simply not enough for the stress.
