      Pros

      Managers are dedicated to communicating in an honest, open manner that values equality and transparency. I've always believed that my voice matters and that my opinions are just as valuable as anyone elses.

      Cons

      One downside of working at Bread was the extensive planning required to take meaningful time off, which was tough for me as I often make last-minute plans.
