Remote, can use Work Force Management to temporary change your shift, shift differential, fill benefits package, triple pay on holidays because they are open 365 days, virtual training provides road to success. Generous pay and friendly management.

Cons

Call after call Call center hours 10-7 no wiggle room to change only once or twice per year* Sitting too long hurt my back Repeating yourself Getting blamed/ accused for charges on credit cards
