Pros

Since starting a job with BTPT, I have had many opportunities to grow that include as a clinician, a teammate, and a leader! Management encourages staff PTs to become involved in the community to grow their caseload with patients they enjoy treating such as runners, pickleballers, even clients with vestibular concerns! Growth opportunities include residency training and director training. There is even a partnership with EIM, a PT education platform, and they offer significant discounts and a wide variety of courses for all interests!

Cons

Lots of ways to communicate via email, Teams and sometimes can be confusing.
