Pros

- Industry-leading pay - Flexibility - 1-on-1 time with your manager to discuss issues, scheduling, and ideas - Promotes from within as a growing company - A company that puts its clients and employees first.

Cons

- Industry-wide limitations for DSPs (if a client cancels, you're out those hours. You have to drive around town(s) for your meetings, and while they pay for mileage your time is your own.) - As a growing company (<15 years old), some things are still being developed or changed which can cause stress and misunderstandings - Supervisors often seemed stressed or scatterbrained with their workload. - Some client goals seem impossible, but you are told to support them with it anyways. (Which isn't "bad", but can be stressful).

Pros

Ability to Create your own schedule, employer follows availability. Supervisors are easy to talk to and lean on when issues arise. Ability to learn how to best support people with disabilities. Training sessions offered monthly with other staff members including the CEO.

Cons

Unreliable hours at times if clients cancel or lose services then you are left without hours for that chunk of time until its filled again. Hard to get hours. Paycheck can vary each week because of this. PTO is not good but the pay is decent.
