Pros

The job is easy. The public you interact with are generally happy.

Cons

The scheduling and hours are joke to the point that it's abuse of employees. You are expected to be on call and available 45 to 100 hours a week but can get paid for NONE of it. Meanwhile you can't even do anything else except wait for notification of if you need to drive into Breakout if a game books. You only work if games books and your commute is often longer for most people than the time allowed on the clock. It's ridiculous. Also you will never have benefits or a chance at them because only the GM of a given location has that option.

Pros

Flexible schedule, fun working environment, supportive coworkers and management, good performance incentives

Cons

Only real con is a big one, scheduled shifts don't guarantee paid hours due to scheduling being directly tied to a specific room. If the room doesn't book that day, you don't go in for your shift, which means no pay that day.
