Pros

The team and the people. That above all else makes BPTM a fantastic place to work. Super fun, authentic culture where people are encouraged, indeed rewarded for bring themselves. The flexibility of working remote is great, but that means nothing without a great team.

Cons

Can be isolating at times since you aren't physically connected to the team. Not many opportunities for colleague bonding outside of work.

Pros

Breakthrough has been one of the most rewarding and unique experiences I've had. I love working here. You're empowered to really make your role your own, and are always encouraged to bring up new ideas and challenge the status quo. The flexibility the company offers (work from anywhere) is incredible, and leadership really treats you like an adult (trusts that you are able to get your work done without having to micromanage). The in-person events are energizing and I work with some of the most fun and genuine people I've ever met. I've never made such good friends at work as I have here. They do a great job making people feel connected despite us all working remotely. Benefits are great and pay is competitive.

Cons

You really have to be able to manage your own time and work load. This company requires a lot of self-governing, so if you're more task oriented, it may not be for you.
