Cons
No company is perfect. There are certainly growing pains that come along with any company as it grows. Rather than getting hung up on what's wrong, I prefer to focus on what is happening that is right - and the progress on the pain points that our leadership team is making. A few key points for a potential new hire to consider are: * Somewhat flat organization. Opportunities to grow have increased greatly in the last few years - but compared to large corporations can seem flat. On the flip side - your ability to move into other roles you're passionate about is never hindered. Leadership fully encourages you to explore your passions! *Work hard play hard type of environment! Deadlines can be short and it can feel overwhelming at times. Slackers beware.
