Pros
I know nothing else, been with BBG since day 1 of my career. Opportunity is prevelent! Great people, Great Industry, and I have recieved superb training! Can happily go anywhere else and be effective because of it but i happily choose to stay. Incentive trips are typically unmatched.
Cons
There is opportunity to grow however given the strict laws and regulations, it becomes difficult to grow because it often requires you to move! If you are willing, good things will come! There are also a lot of corporate politics you have to navigate effectively in order to progress in your career. Compensation is unbalanced between sales managers and sales associates... why be a sales manager? that is time and again my biggest concern. in today's current market, a good sales manager will put in tons of hours and really be the person to move their business forward. So why wouldn't they be more compensated!?!
