Pros

Breakthru was a nice place to work. Great employees willing to go the extra mile.Great products.

Cons

Leadership is quickly going downhill with unexperienced people getting into positions above their head and then gas lighting experts that have been there for years. Every division is in it's own tower while management sits atop with no clue. Even worse is the HR department that I have seen never, and I mean never backs the employee and are only in place to protect the management and company. Recently the Arizona EVP let employees know on a call that the subsidies that they referred to as salary were being cut. Some of these are up to $12k a year. The company and leadership are so tone def one of the replies from the EVP was that hopefully the employees effected could get promoted to earn back the pay that was lost. Choose Southern, RNDC or literally don't go i to this space. Wine sales are down over 8% yet they continue to attempt to drive sales over 15% growth year over year. STAY AWAY

Pros

Flexible hours, co-workers, work semi- independently.

Cons

NO job security! you can be let go anytime they want to do a "restructure". UNREALISTIC data driven goals, they're still working off COVID numbers and don't want to settle back down to reality, basically greed. Pay sucks, you can't get a place to live on your own with the compensation they offer, and the cost for the wear and tear on your vehicle is astounding, the competitors pay better. You're just a number that's micro-managed and they constantly let go of good employees that are making somewhat decent income for the work they put in and replace them with new ones that are paid significantly less with poor work ethics. It's a revolving door. There is no future for sales reps in this company as they are heading to e-commerce to eliminate actual bodies that physically go into stores and engage with owners and managers. How can this be a "best managed company" when there are constant labor disputes, strikes, layoffs, and restructurings? Use to be a good company to work for, once upon a time.
