Pros

-paid lunches and dinners -lots of wine dinners -create relationships with business owners in the bar and restaurants industry -Pays very well but it’s at cost of your mental health

Cons

Where do I even start… it’s pretty much a place that you have to figure out on your own, your constantly driving all over the city and even up rural areas ( Gas reimbursement is not given) Your constantly being told your doing enough even if you hit most of your goals to sale. From the headline I really felt alone and wasn’t really properly supported in the company. They will have you go up to the warehouse every Friday to deliver tons of cases in your own car to deliver to your accounts which is ridiculous! It’s not in our job description but if we don’t do it your job is in jeopardy ridiculous -No work life balance at all -very stressful -took a huge mental toll

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback, we greatly appreciate it. At BBG we strive to be a place everyone wants to work, and we take your listed concerns very seriously. It is true in our industry that a lot of work in the field can be largely solo ventures. However, we do strive to have management that is available to offer support whenever needed, so all associates do not ever feel that they are truly on their own. We pride ourselves on certain aspects such as diversity, supportive company culture, and a positive work experience. Please consider reaching out to us so we can continue the conversation on how we can improve these areas. You can always reach us at feedback@breakthrubev.com

Pros

Flexible hours, co-workers, work semi- independently.

Cons

NO job security! you can be let go anytime they want to do a "restructure". UNREALISTIC data driven goals, they're still working off COVID numbers and don't want to settle back down to reality, basically greed. Pay sucks, you can't get a place to live on your own with the compensation they offer, and the cost for the wear and tear on your vehicle is astounding, the competitors pay better. You're just a number that's micro-managed and they constantly let go of good employees that are making somewhat decent income for the work they put in and replace them with new ones that are paid significantly less with poor work ethics. It's a revolving door. There is no future for sales reps in this company as they are heading to e-commerce to eliminate actual bodies that physically go into stores and engage with owners and managers. How can this be a "best managed company" when there are constant labor disputes, strikes, layoffs, and restructurings? Use to be a good company to work for, once upon a time.
