Company culture was great! Everyone in the company worked hard and enjoyed each other! The company brought in lunch everyday and the group ate together. The Business Development team had a non-competitive approach to brining in deals. This actually helped everyone bring in more deals because you could discuss potential clients together consider strategies and not worry about someone stealing your thunder. Great CEO! Management had an open door policy to all employees.

This type of work flourishes in a down real estate cycle. When the market began to turn there was less business which led to downsizing.

There aren't too many worth mentioning. Culture of the company was at one point a strength, but word is they are down to a half dozen employees with three of these being partners in the company.

The leadership can't get on the same page, argue and keep the company from moving forward. Lots of lip service and uncertainty. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who wants a real career.
