Pros
Very open environment. Idea sharing and innovation are definitely one of the strong points of breakwater. They will help you to be successful in your career. Great place for someone with an interest in the business but doesn't have the background or knowledge to trade.
Cons
You're probably going to be stuck starting out working the night shift, so the hours are terrible and pay is barely adequate. You are told to expect bonus's, but don't actually expect one as they don't happen. Once you get to days it still takes another year before you receive a set deal and can start earning money. There are many other places that offer more lucrative opportunities than breakwater.
