Not much integration across teams, each team works separately

Some really nice people, nice office, great cause

Weak management who are too scared to address poor performance or have difficult conversations. Leads to other employees feeling undervalued when being paid the same as underperforming staff who managers will happily criticise to others without ever addressing the problem or actually giving the person in question constructive feedback. Too much bureaucracy / no freedom to be creative.
