I stayed at Breck for many years because I had great co-workers. Some people fizzle out after one year if they don't vibe with their department, but if you get along with your clique you'll probably stay for a long time.
If you're an ambitious ladder climber hungry for career advancement, stick to the corporate world. But if you're looking for something more stable without all the office politics, Breck is a great fit.
Cons
As a private school, you'll be dealing with wealthy parents who expect a lot in return for the money they spend. This impacted me minimally in the IT department, but it's something I heard the teachers talk about. In general, the students are bright, friendly, and delightful to interact with.
