You don't actually get the tips people give, it's a "standard constant rate to your base hourly" apparently.
Sometimes the boss will really push you to perform better. (I.g. Expecting 1 cashier and 1 barista to open the store on time within 30 minutes before opening. This included general store cleanliness, cleaning the bread display rack, putting out all the bread as it was being finished baking (which sometimes was out of your control depending on when the bread was ready), restocking cake section, and more.)
