      Pros

      Amazing culture - everyone takes care of each other. No one is perfect, and they get that. But we do our best to be perfect for our customers...and even when we aren't, we own it immediately. Pay is good, and benefits are solid.

      Cons

      During peak seasons in the industry (pest management), the job can be busy and intense. But if you love what you do, it's not a big deal...and then during slower seasons you get a nice break...
