Lot of management changes during my time

Work is exciting and challenging. Training is fully supported upper management. Company has a global reach but has a more small company feel with a few key regional offices. Overall company values are in the right place.

Compensation is below average for compared to other companies in the area. Work/life balance can be really skewed depending on the work load and support staff. Opportunities for promotion and advancement seem to favor those with higher degrees or those who have been brought up in the company. There's not much engagement in activities outside of work other than annual party
