Pros
The Culture was like no other. Core values drove all hires and resulted in a team and culture that was humble, full of hustle, and super resourceful and progressive. The onboarding process was the best I have ever experienced. They made you feel like you were immediately accepted, but more than just a cog in a wheel. You felt you have a "culture value add" just by being there. It was a fantastic experience.
Management employed a great deal of trust and delegation into the employees. This extended from upper management to department heads as well. Trust was common.
Cons
While most negative situations were given great transparency, some were cloudy and left you curious "what happened?" For example, when some folks left, it was not always made clear whether it was on good terms. When possible, you could easily ask the person, and it usually was. But there were a couple departures that were rather peculiar. These moments do cast doubt and tarnish on what otherwise would be a stellar experience.
It's seriously hard to find faults with Breeze, otherwise.
The acquisition/transition from Breeze to Tithely has been fairly positive, but a lot of ambiguity still remains as to what the final outcome will be for us from the Breeze crew. Breeze raised such a high bar.
