Owner and management are all about the employees Everyone is so nice Discounts on room rentals, golf, spa ect. Everyone in the resort works together as a team no matter what dept you work in.
Cons
No cons. This resort has been in my life since I was 4 years old and it is a part of my family. Just a great place to work with really good management.
