Pros
The benefits were really good. That's the only thing they have to keep their employees.
Cons
What can I say? There's so many issues I had with Breg that it's hard to write them all down. Leadership will defend leadership until they are blue in the face even when they are at fault. They will not listen to your concerns. If you have any good ideas about anything they will take that and suggest it as if it was theirs. My leadership did that ALL the time. I had to run everything through her and she had to push it up. I wasn't allowed to communicate with any other leadership if she wasn't aware of it first. Corporate is always changing protocols all the time and you never know what you're supposed to be doing from one day to the next. They are so disrespectful when receiving feedback. One Director told me that I'm "salty" and that the issues I bring to the table are "Kindergarten-like" and that she's not going to help our toxic office because my leadership was doing SO well that she didn't need any help. She said I was the issue of the office and that I brought the toxic vibe. She was going to stick with my leadership because she molded her. Both women were horrible leaders. You should never be jealous of a strong subordinate. There is no room for growth with this company, even though they say there is. You have to seriously butt-kiss in order to get anywhere.
