Fun company, no micromanaging, opportunity to work on different aspects of the brand on any given day, creativity is welcomed.
Cons
Doesn’t matter how hard you work, how dedicated you are to the cause, how much they appreciate all you do, you are dispensable very easily at the end. They do play favorites so openly too. Most unorganized, lack luster leadership that fail to inspire.
