Easy work load They give ok benefits... for now You get your own bathroom in the lab
Cons
You cant take fmla unless you have that much vacation time There is no safty shower in the lab The supervisors will threaten you with with firing for insubordination if you dont lie to the customer for them They will promise training and then never follow through with it Pay increase is below inflation Lab manager will sleep on the job Lab manager stops working half way through his shift Lab manager only does half of the testing that actually needs done Several pieces of equipment or out of calibration and management wont believe you when you tell them Management will "calibrate" equipment that doesn't need calibration Eye wash station only works some of the time Management will mess with your time cards preventing overtime
