Pros
Brenntag has many good people. Benefits are also very good. Pay is average for the industry. Has some of the nicest, hardest working, and caring people.
Cons
Brenntag has many good people, but the operation as a whole is very old school. They rely heavily on email, so it is typical to receive 400-600 emails per day while trying to balance an unrealistic workload. This role will burn people out, unless you are a workoholic and are willing to put 60-70 hours a week at a job that has little hope for growth potential. Chaotic environment that doesn't have the proper systems structure in place. If it weren't for the people, i would give the company a 1 star rating
