Staff are generally open, there is no micromanagement so long as work gets done. Annual Development Appraisals are carried out to find out one's aspirations and there seems to be genuine effort to help people progress. The firm can pay for courses / training, but it is dependant on a case-by-case basis.

The pay is on the lower end, though it is expected as the position is considered entry level and does not usually require a law degree (though it's advantageous).

Collaborative environment, helpful colleagues, flexible working, good training opportunities, supportive management.

Limited clarity on promotion paths.
