Co-workers are friendly, helpful and great to work with Breaks as needed Regular Guest/Customers are very friendly
Cons
Put you on "salary" so they can work you more hours for less pay; pay does not equal minimum wage for hours worked, not legal but they don't care. No Raises Horrible communication from Upper Management/Owners Late Paychecks / Pay you when they get around to it No benefits Don't care about employees
