Great chance to get your hands and head into e-commerce. Very 360 oriented in workflow, allowing you to see many parts of a business, giving a strong foundation for future opportunities.

No place is perfect, but the pros outweight the cons in my opinion.

You get to experience all sides of e-commerce so afterwards you could practically run your own business. Nice people, great interview experience, good apartment. Many of their managers started as interns so some potential to progress but rare that people leave in those positions.

Small company, so its only a con if you are expecting a very corporate environment. For me, I preferred thge atmosphere of a small community as everyone is pretty tight knit.
