Pros
Fun environment where all ideas are heard. Leadership is always looking to stay at the vanguard and try new strategies. Most of my co-workers felt like family. We would approach problem-solving as a team and support each other through difficulties and challenges.
Cons
SOP's were not standard across the board. Campaigns were tailored to each client, which created ever-present delivery challenges for the Operations team.
