Pros

Is no advancement for support staff to work at Bridge back to life as a counselor maybe if you want to get something experience but support staff are treated poorly and badly and there's just no good reason to work for bridge back to life very poor management

Cons

Not fair to support staff very low pay no overtime and they want you to work overtime to make sure that you get your job finished and just very poor management

Pros

Good colleagues to collaborate with. Work environment can sometimes feel comfortable

Cons

Upper management (Current CCO/New CEO) is vindictive and hostile toward staff and patients alike. Patients have reported feeling like it was a "dictatorship" under their "rule". CCO has caused scenes in office with patients that were extremely disruptive and upsetting to other patient's treatment and well-being. Staff constantly work under a constant sense of fear and anxiety, which is amplified when the CCO is in office. Any mistakes, big or small, will result in overly harsh criticism and even insults from CCO than has left staff visibly upset, sometimes in tears. Huge revolving door "culture" that created an high potential for consistently damaged patient rapport when they suddenly learn their counselor is gone with no prior warning/chance for closure, which sows distrust and resent the facility as a whole.
