a. Pay isn't that high, you have to work really hard to even get above 20,000 salary, sometimes you might want to do overtimes in Saturdays and Sundays b. Management is incredibly strict, to the point that I'd say it is already within the grey lines of making it toxic, and isn't known to be considerate. c. The place is cramped and you don't have enough space to have your lunch or break.
