      You cannot see reviews about your performance, which makes it difficult for you to reflect on and improve your teaching. If you're like me, who enjoys teaching, this might not be for you, as you would sometimes have little to no classes.

      Pros

      Easy to get hired. Initial and final jnterview about experience, grammar, and hypothetical questions. Exam is easy to pass. For those who need experience, this company is a good one to gain experience but only for a year or two.

      Cons

      Makes mistakes in our monthly contributions. Sip-sip system works.
