Pros
This company will pretend to care about you. They constantly go on and on and on about this fantastic work environment where everyone loves each other. They throw you little bones every once in a while to keep you happy.
Cons
This company does not give a single care in the world about it staff. It assured its staff over and over again that their jobs were safe and then laid off 11 of 16 of the lab assistants, including all the staff that had been there longer than 4 months. They gather them all in the break room and just announce they no longer work at the company. It was horrible. Your job will not be safe here because they don’t care about you. They’ll take what they need from you and then they’ll let you go, or you’ll leave yourself because there’s no growth opportunities here anyway.
