Pros

Free coffee available all day, supportive team, great co-workers. Team leaders care about the individuals success. Healthy snacks. Weight room

Cons

micromanagement by sales coach is to the extreme. He is a good guy however some breathing room is appreciated. Ownership does not seem to understand how the sales coach is negatively effecting their employees.

Transparent conversations with leadership. Great work environment Competitive pay and benefits Fast pace Great PTO policy Goals and career advancement Leadership team does a great job making their employees feel valued and heard.

Cons

Can be a stressful industry at times.

Pros

The only real positive is the hard working coworkers who are stuck dealing with the same chaos.

Cons

The culture Bridge used to brag about is long gone. Leadership is reactive, constantly scrambling instead of planning. People are shuffled into roles with no clear direction, only for entire teams to disappear when leadership changes its mind. Turnover is sky-high, morale is at rock bottom, and there’s no stability. They aren’t even hiring anymore — the company is shrinking, not growing.
