Learned a lot about boats, tips were usually decent if you’re on the gas dock, co workers are usually cool as well as *most* customers, definitely not all.
Cons
If I could write a novel, I would. Be prepared to be a micromanaged miserable minion. You will be exhausted from this job no matter what position you are. Owner is not kind or empathetic to basic human needs. They preach sunshine and rainbows on all platforms on your screens but I can assure you, in real life its rain, hail, thunderstorms, and every disaster in the book. Now, did I enjoy my time here? Mostly. But the lows were so low that I would NEVER consider going back. Even if I was offered triple my salary. By the time you quit from burnout or torture, you will have PTSD, anxiety and or depression.
