It is managements goal to provide all employees with a pay that is competitive. We participate in and analyze multiple compensation surveys and are constantly comparing our rates to those around each area. That is always a challenge. We truly have an open door policy. If you feel you are not being listened to please reach out to your portfolio manager. If you don't feel you are still not being hear please call Human Resources. We take all concerns seriously.

Pros

Commission for leases but no reports to confirm transactions. Adding value to community and helping elevate people's lives at times. Enhancing my existing work experience.

Cons

Toxic collegues and work environment. Bullying, mean girls, clique like drama, ostrecizing, humiliating, belittling, and insulting treatment. Immature coworkers who are outwardly unlrofessional, making strange loud animal sounds, belching loudly or even next to me, scowling at me, laughing and whispering about me to eachother, giving me the middle finger, embarrasing me in front of reaidents or prospects, ignoring me, micromanaging, interrupting me with a prospect or trying to take over my conversation with prospect. Taking credit for my lease. Overloading me with work they didn't complete. Lack of training and very poor morale. I dreaded going to work each day and generally feared them. Not to mention the enviromment is regularly unsafe due to dramatic and scary residents or transients coming to property. Police called often for various reasons.
