Even though they continue to try, they can't seem to figure out how to do basic deployments. Promises are made to clients that the company has no idea how to deliver on and how to continue delivering with a reliable solution. Lots of fires and people who are heroes who put them out. The problem with that is they don't figure out how to stop the fires from starting. Also trying to get continuing education or tech conferences paid for is very difficult.
