Although the director frequently talks about maintaining work-life balance, in reality, there is no such thing. Working weekends is expected, and managers constantly message on WhatsApp after hours, leaving employees with no personal time. There is very little opportunity for learning or growth — the focus is entirely on getting work done, often through pressure and micromanagement. Overall, the culture encourages unhealthy power dynamics rather than collaboration or respect.
