Cons

Office space is dull Not for those looking for 9-5 job timings, must be ready to take calls at night based on project but the perks are worthy enough

We appreciate this 5* review recognizing our focus on employee satisfaction! We do occasionally require flexibility on work hours based on project assignments due to varied client timezones and the challenge of getting required global team members on calls but typically this is occasional and not required on a daily basis for long periods. In the occasion that it is, we typically adjust the regular working hours for the term of the project.

Pros

I love the people I work with. I’m constantly learning with every project, and I feel appreciated for my skills and talents. My boss is awesome and gives me a lot of freedom. He's friendly, open, honest, and a great mentor. I think he believes in my abilities more than I sometimes do, which pushes me to take on challenges that help me grow and be a valuable asset to the company. Our team is made up of generally happy people, which makes even the tough jobs feel manageable. I’ve also never worked on a brand I wasn’t excited about, which keeps the work feeling meaningful and fun.

Cons

- The emphasis on time tracking/timesheets creates constant stress around balancing billability and over-logging hours. - My role and responsibilities have grown but my compensation hasn't changed much over the last several years. - No bonuses.

Pros

Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

Cons

Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
